Plan video content playback

Create campaigns for advertisements and your company’s own video content. In the interface, an “advertising campaign” is also how you place a video menu, product presentation or store promotion.

  • Upload a video and name the campaign.
  • Choose start and end dates and a playback time window.
  • Assign a thematic advertising block and the required locations.
  • Upload suitable video versions for different screen resolutions.

Organise video content by theme

Assign each video to a thematic block that acts as a container. You choose the names. All videos within one block play sequentially before the system moves to the next block.

After the last block, the cycle starts again with the first

All videos in block 1 play first, then all videos in block 2, and so on. Holiday greetings keep their place in the thematic sequence.

Set a maximum duration for each block to control how much content it holds. This is a block duration limit, not a repeat interval.

Manage one store or an entire chain

Create locations for your premises or specific screen placements. Set the city, address and other supported parameters, then organise locations into groups.

Groups let you assign video content to several locations at once. You create the groups and choose their members.

One selection — hundreds of screens

Assign tags to locations, then select the relevant tag when placing a video. For example, choosing “Dairy department” lets you assign a dairy promotion to the matching screens across your stores in one selection.

Monitor your screens remotely

  • Check the player’s connection status.
  • See when the device last contacted the server.
  • Review data exchange events, such as receiving a playlist or downloading a video.
  • Request a snapshot of the image played by a specific player for a visual check without visiting the store.

An on-demand snapshot is not a live camera feed. A connected player does not confirm that an external TV is working or that its screen is switched on.

Content for different screens

Configure screen resolutions in the system and upload suitable versions of your video. For example, use versions prepared for 1920×1080 and 1024×768 screens.

Prepare the versions you need and upload them to the campaign. Automatic conversion to arbitrary resolutions is not stated.

Use the “Broadcasts” section to view generated playlists and information about current playback. The sequence is formed from advertising campaigns and thematic blocks.

This is a view of the generated broadcast, not an editor for arranging an arbitrary video queue.
