How does the free trial work?
The trial is free and has no fixed time limit. Take the time you need to explore Vionsy Pro, set up your player, prepare content and test playback. We will agree on the number of trial locations with you. The trial is for evaluation and setup. Regular operational use costs $5 per player per month; we will discuss the move to a paid subscription with you.
What currency do I pay in?
Payment is in Ukrainian hryvnia at the National Bank of Ukraine exchange rate. The service costs the equivalent of $5 per player per month.
What does the $5 monthly fee cover?
It covers one connected player working with the Vionsy Pro web platform. You manage content and schedules on the website; the player receives and displays the content on your screens. This is one service with no additional charges for it.
Is there a separate fee for the web platform?
No. The web platform is included in the service. The subscription fee is based on the number of connected players: $5 each per month.
Do I pay for every TV?
The number of TVs connected to one player does not affect the subscription fee. If each TV runs a separate player, each of those players is billed separately.
Is hardware included in the price?
This is the subscription fee for Vionsy Pro. A TV, Android device, computer or mini PC is the hardware on which you install the player. Buying that hardware is not included in the subscription fee.
What do I need to get started?
You need a compatible device, the installed player and a connection to the Vionsy Pro web platform. Add a location, connect the player, upload your content and set the schedule. Internet access is needed to receive content and updates.
How do I know how many players I need?
Tell us how many screens you have, how they are connected and whether each needs different content. We can help determine the setup and the number of players.
